Our body has a natural ability to self-regulate yet in todays world, that ability is tested and under stress. We believe prevention is key — caring for your mind, body, and spirit before challenges arise is always better than cure.

We have developed an unique approach centered around seven interconnected circles, which function like communicating vases.

Through our retreats and consultations, each activity we offer serves as a gateway for participants to explore how each of us is (or not) in balance in these different areas. We encourage reflection on how to keep or restore this balance. Acknowledge and take action as soon as one of them are in misbalance could be one of the best reflex to implement in our daily life.

By addressing one aspect, we influence the others, creating a ripple effect of well-being. This holistic perspective helps individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and fosters daily habits to maintain their overall health.

At hoona, we believe it is critical for people to understand how their choices affect their health & well-being. 

Our own understanding is based on over 30 years of experience and experimentation and touches on 7 key aspects of our lives ; Nutrition, Exercise, Good Sleep quality, Purpose in life, Stress managment, emotional balance and Detox. They are all interconnected which is why we need to look at our health & well-being holistically.

We have integrated our understanding of those aspects into how we’ve renovated our buildings, our food, water, consultations, group activities and treatments. We are eager to share this with you.

We offer activities tailored to keep a good holistic balance. Practices include nature walks, yoga, and personalized movements that could integrate physical activity harmoniously into daily life.

In our modern world, sources of toxins are everywhere. Minimizing toxin exposure is critical to maintain a good balance so the body can function optimally. Through appropriate detox practices and healthy habits, we indeed help the body to stay in balanceand/or regain optimal functioning.

Stress can have a big impact on our nervous system. We integrate techniques which help the body to relax and regain its balance.

Diet and hydration affect health and physical comfort. Easy to copy/paste when you’ll return home, our meals are not only delicious but provide all the nutriments we need for our body to stay or restore his balance.

Of course how we feel impact our physical body, but how our physical body feels impact our mood as well. In this chicken or the egg story we have an exit door. At hoona we will explore them together.

Finding meaning in life is central to our approach. We encourage everyone to explore their talents, passions, and life purpose, fostering a deeper connection to oneself. This quest, free from dogma, aims to nourish the soul, aligning body, mind, and spirit to cultivate joy and universal connection.

We all know that sleep is essential for physical and mental regeneration. Being aware of how our daily habits could impact our restorative sleep quality is crucial. At hoona, we pay special attentions to these aspects and provide very comfortable bedrooms for you to rest during our retreats.
